It is social HR. In simple terms, social HR is the use of social media tools to leverage HR functions better. In reality, going beyond descriptions; this has the potential to alter the way an organization’s HR functions, right from sourcing candidates to training them. We have seen the phenomenal explosion of the social media. If it could bring innumerable spheres of human activity in its fold; why not something like human resources, which is also essentially all about people?
